Passing kidney Stones while on my period?? For 4 years?!?!?!?!?!?
Ok i’ve had this pain in my side and back for the past 4+years and only when i’m on my period. I get it for 3-4 days light, mild pain, then 1 day heavy and extreme pain then light for 1-2 days then heavy again with -ungodly-i-scream-and-shake-and-throw-up pain. Then my side and back is sore for around a week afterward. A few mos ago i gave up and went in the hospital and they diagnosed me with kidney stones. I said impossible and explained what i said above. The doc said it is rare but when womens hormones go out of whack on a period, it’s causing the stone to fall. I think it’s something else. They did an MRI and found nothing but major scar tissue in my tubes. Does anyone else have this? Or heard of it? I quit with drinking milk, ice cream. Cut out pop and i drink nothing but water and cranberry juice all day. I’d say around a gallon and a half. My back/side hurts when i drink, when i pee and after sex. If you’ve heard of this, what else can i do?
i had one in Feb when i had my tubes tied and had an ablation done. They found a fibroid on the other side. I have that pain it’s lower. Tylenol gets rid of it. This pain is just under my ribs on my side and back. The ER doc seen my fibroid on the MRI, it’s the size of a walnut.
It could also be a cyst. Their usually harmless and normal, but sometimes they fail to break and get bigger. When they rupture, that’s a bad day.
Nothing compares to kidney stones. I would rather have a 15lbs baby twice a week, than ever go through that again. Lord have mercy, that hurts.
I just thought of something else. Is the pain under your ribs on the right side? If so you should look into getting some tests done to check your liver.

when did you last have a pelvic exam.. do you have endo metriosis or fibroids.. these are very painful when having ;your period…scar tissue in the filopian tubes does cause pain when an egg is released but not that much pain im sure..
