Do non-passed kidney stones lead to a burning when I finish urinating?

I’ve had a 6mm kidney stone for about two weeks, it moved to my bladder a little over a week ago.

A few days ago it was trying to pass, but i’m not sure if it couldn’t because of size or lack of urine amount.

Would this be causing the tip of my penis to burn after urinating?

it probably put a couple scratches in there and its like a little open cut so its gonna burn for a little
