Passing A Five Millimeter Kidney Stone
Using the juice of the humble lemon, I have been flushing my kidneys since early this morning. I just passed a 5 mm stone, which is by far the largest one that I’ve passed. So it’s a ‘double header’ weekend for me, after passing a smaller one two days ago.
If you suffer from kidney stones, take some time to look into this business of dissolving them with lemon juice; it’s worth your time.

That was great news! I just passed one at a supermarket restroom after doubling my intake of lemon juice, because my sister was suffering from a kidney stone. No pain ! Now I am doing the lemon flush thing for the next few days because I feel something on my left side. It has moved down to the front. Still didn’t pass it hoping it has dissolved.
